There are about 30 paperback copies of the "underground" original version left, and about 20 of the hard cover (only 50 of those exist at all). If you email me your address, I'd be happy to get a copy of the paperback to you. If you are willing to pay for it, I've been selling the paperbacks at $20, and the hard cover at $50.
