Sorry for the delay in answering... I've flown the last 6 days straight, tomorrow will be 7 and I'm tearing up the skies at 550 mph!!!! Been a crazy week... Yes, tomorrow is my last day on rotation.. I'm in Houston now and in the morning go to Nantucket, drop the jet then airline home.. Off for 2 weeks!!!!! woohoo!!..:-)
I'm looking forward to the time with the family..

I'm worn out and ready for some down time..

I hope all is well with your family.... I thought of you the other day. I flew right over Farmington at 40,000 feet going from Tulsa, OK to Las Vegas, NV. Still looked the same....haha....:-)

There are some guide lines on the web sight and a three step thing we go through. We meet on Monday nights, Darin kinda heads it up but he passses the leading of the meeting to anyone who wants to. I would read up on the web sight and I am sure there is more info there.
Yes we had a great Memorial Day with 16 over for barbaque and celibration on those how died to keep us free.

Yeah, we had some heavy stuff move through in the DFW area last week.. I left town on my rotation this past Friday and I'll be out til June 14th.. My wife and two oldest kids are down in Brazil visiting some friends until June 12th, so I told my company that I'd work over if I could have June 15th to the 30th off!!! They agreed... We're going camping and canoeing when we all get back in town..

No, I haven't heard of that book... I understand what you mean about gas or food!!! I saw diesel yesterday where overnight it went up .28 cents to $4.59/gal!!!! I don't know how the trucking companies are making it paying those escalated prices... Thats great that your working for a Christian company!! That can make a huge difference in how much you enjoy your job, by the quality of people that you work with...

He is the key as long as the other half says to go. My wife said something like,"I your sleeping with me its in Oregon not Colorado" the Lord was good and brought me a buyer for my insurance business. I did some other things but this is my final business, not planning on retirement, can't find that is the bible. Just keep on serving Jesus and He will take care of you.

Thats incredible!! How is the gas prices around there? Looking back on it, I'm glad I got ride of my diesel dully 6 years ago... I can't believe some of these diesel prices!!!! passed a station the other day that was $4.38/gal for diesel and $4/gal for premium!! Ouch!!

Now that you mention it, I recall something about the name change from Tabernacle to Pinion Hills.. Come to think of it there is a Pinion Hills golf course right?

At 1:48pm on May 19th, 2008, Richard Chaffee said…: We moved from 9,500 ft in Colorado so it was quite a change. We are in southeran Oregon 30 miles from California. We are at 1,250 ft and see snow one or two days. Southeran Oregon is fantastic we grow a few pears here, Harry and David's head quarters. Grants Pass has a sign "It's The Climate" and it is true. We have a River that runs from Crater Lake to the ocean called the Rogue River that has fish year around. I am an Ambassador for the Chamber of Commerce. Where are you from?
